Kaloba is a herbal medicine (phytopharmaceutical), the active ingredient of which is a liquid extract of the root of the plant Pelargonium sidoides (EP 7630).
It is used to treat acute bronchitis, which does not require the use of antibiotics.
Acute bronchitis is characterized by either a dry, irritating cough with cough pain, or a wet cough accompanied by difficulty coughing up mucus. The disease may be accompanied by fever.
Acute bronchitis can often be preceded by inflammation of the upper respiratory tract (runny nose, nasopharyngitis, etc.).
Intended for adults, teenagers and children over 1 year of age.

Application and dosage:
Kaloba is a liquid preparation for oral administration.
Recommended dose:
– Adults and adolescents over 12 years of age: 30 drops 3 times a day.
– Children from 6 to 12 years: 20 drops 3 times a day.
– Children from 1 to 5 years: 10 drops 3 times a day.
Take some fluids morning, afternoon and evening.
Hold the bottle upright or tap the bottom lightly.
It is recommended to continue treatment with Kaloba for several days after symptoms have subsided to prevent relapse of the disease.
Take the medicine for up to 10 days without consulting a doctor.

Extractant – 11% ethanol.
10 g (= 9.75 ml) solution contains 8.0 g of Pelargonium siidoid root extract.
