Zinkorot is taken orally (by mouth), on an empty stomach, and with a sufficient amount of liquid. Each tablet can be divided into two equal halves. Adults and adolescents (12 – 17 years): the recommended dose is 1 – 2 tablets of Zinkorot (equivalent to 25 – 50 mg of zinc) per day. The tablets can be divided so that half a tablet is taken a maximum of 4 times a day.
