Preparing for a Weight Control Diet:
As a meal replacement, stir 40g Yokebe Classic (5 scoops) into 200ml low-fat milk (1.5% fat) and ½ teaspoon (1.5g) vegetable oil with added high-unsaturated fatty acid oil (sunflower , safflower or grape seed oil). Please always pour the milk into the shaker first and then the powder. Mix or shake the mixture well. Be sure to follow cooking instructions.
