Recommended use
As a dietary supplement, mix one measuring spoon with 300-400 ml of water (adjust to taste) and shake well. On training days, consume 1 scoop during training and 1 scoop after training. On non-training days, consume 2 measuring spoons throughout the day. For best results, take two scoops daily.
