Recommended Use
As a dietary supplement, mix one scoop with 300-415 ml of water (adjust to taste) and shake well. On training days, take 1 scoop during training and 1 scoop post-workout. On non-training days, take 2 scoops throughout the day. For best results, take two scoops daily.
