Recommended use
Recommended Use: As a dietary supplement, use each scoop in 10-14 fl. oz. (296-414 ml) Mix water (adjust to taste) and shake well. On training days, consume 1 scoop during training and 1 scoop after training. On non-training days, consume 2 measuring spoons throughout the day. For best results, take two scoops daily.
