Wild rose is a shrub found in temperate climate zones all over the world. Rose hips are rich in vitamin C, B vitamins, vitamin E, K and minerals such as calcium, potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, iron and copper.
Suggested preparation method:
Grind before brewing
Pour a glass of boiling water over 1 teaspoon of the herb and steep for approx. 15-20 minutes. Strain and drink 2-3 times a day.
