The HMD kit is sufficient for 1 month, when using the recommended daily portions.

HMD Detox: water, humectant: glycerol, dry chlorella extract (Chlorella pyrenoidosa), glycerin tincture of coriander leaves (Coriandrum sativum), powdered chlorella (Chlorella pyrenoidosa).
HMD Chlorella Detox: Powdered algae (Chlorella pyrenoidosa), bulking agent (calulose)
HMD Lavage: water, humectant (glycerol), powders: turmeric root, milk thistle seeds, dandelion root, bearberry leaf, bush hydrangea root, red clover herb, greater burdock root.
How to use?
In the morning:
HMD detox – dissolve 1.5 ml (45 drops) in 125 ml of water
HMD lavage – 0.7 ml (25 drops) dissolved in 125 ml of water
HMD chlorella detox – 2 capsules with plenty of liquid
