Ingredients:
corn starch, vegetable capsule (gelling agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), lactic acid enzymes (Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Streptococcus thermophilus (milk), Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactococcus Lactis, Bifidobacterium longum), yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae boulardii).

Take 1 capsule per day.
