This medicine contains substances designed to dissolve keratin, the outer layer of skin. The collodion contained in the solution, after drying, forms a colorless sticky film.
Used in the local treatment of warts.
Recommendations for use and dosage
Clean and dry the area to be treated thoroughly.
Using a spatula, apply the liquid to the wart, avoiding contact with healthy skin.
Healthy skin can be protected in advance by applying a neutral varnish.
The application must be renewed every day, preferably in the evening, for approximately 8 weeks.
Every 2-3 days before use, gently rub the treated area with a cardboard file or pumice stone, avoiding bleeding and removing the superficial and rough part of the wart.
If bleeding occurs, stop treatment for 2–3 days.
