Cold&Hot Pack is a reusable gel pack for using the healing power of heat and cold. The package includes a textile cover. It contains a safe non-toxic gel, 99% biodegradable.
Use:
Cold compress: effective for various types of pain, secondary burns, bruises and swelling, headaches and nosebleeds.
Warm compress: effective for rheumatic pain, provides relief for muscle pain, menstrual pain, low pressure, sports therapy, relaxation. Leave the compress on the desired spot for as long as it feels comfortable. After approximately 30 minutes, the compress needs to be reheated for further use.
