Omega-3 950 mg is Solgar’s highest concentration of the natural, polyunsaturated omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA from cold water fish. This formulation supports cardiovascular, joint and skin health. It is molecularly distilled to remove mercury.

Recommended use
As a dietary supplement for adults, take one (1) soft capsule twice daily, preferably with a meal, or as recommended by your doctor.

Other ingredients
Fish oil, gelatin, vegetable glycerin, mixture of natural tocopherols.
