Dosage:
Unless otherwise prescribed by the doctor, drink a cup of the tea infusion 3 to 4 times a day for catarrhs of the airways. Children 1-4 years old give 1 cup 1 time per day and children 4-10 years old give 1 cup up to 3 times per day.

In case of inflammation of the mouth and throat, rinse and gargle 3 to 4 times a day and in case of skin inflammation, apply a compress 3 to 4 times a day, using the cold extract. Use the infusion once a day for children aged 1-4 years and up to 3 times a day for children aged 4-10 years.

Brewing time:
10 to 15 minutes (tea infusion with boiling water);
1 to 2 hours (cold extract for rinsing and gargling as well as for compresses)

Preparation:
To drink after preparing a tea infusion:
1 filter bag of Sidroga buckhorn is poured over with boiling water (approx. 150 ml), allowed to steep for about 10 to 15 minutes and the filter bag removed.

For rinsing or gargling and for preparing compresses:
Cold water is poured over 1 filter bag of Sidroga buckhorn, left to steep for 1-2 hours while stirring frequently and the filter bag removed.
