Apply a thin layer of varnish to the cured layer of your chosen hybrid base, then dry in a UV LED lamp. Do not apply directly to the nail plate. You can repeat the application of color to achieve a satisfactory effect. Finish off with the application and curing of your favorite Top Semilac.
