This drug belongs to the proton pump inhibitor (PPI) family. It reduces the secretion of stomach acid and thus helps combat disorders associated with stomach acidity. The effect is prolonged, but delayed: a drop in stomach acidity requires a delay of several days.
Used for short-term treatment of symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux (heartburn, regurgitation…).
Adults over 18 years of age: 1 capsule per day.
Stop treatment when symptoms disappear. Treatment should not exceed 2 weeks without consulting a doctor.
