Adifarm Mucosoft Complex 500 mg/200 mg is an over-the-counter combination medicinal product containing paracetamol and acetylcysteine, with strawberry flavor, for the treatment of pain and viral diseases. Paracetamol relieves pain and reduces fever. Acetylcysteine dilutes secretions in the respiratory tract, supports expectoration and facilitates breathing in the presence of thick and viscous bronchial secretions. The Mucosoft complex is intended for use in adults and children over 12 years of age for the purpose of short-term treatment and relief of symptoms such as muscle pain, sore throat, fever and nonproductive cough. Helps the body with concomitant acute viral infections, colds and flu.
Dosage and method of administration
Adults and children over 12 years old:
1 sachet 3-4 times a day with an interval of 4-6 hours.
The maximum daily dose of 4 g of paracetamol for adults and 1.8 g for children and 600 mg of acetylcysteine should not be exceeded, and the interval between individual doses should not be less than 4 hours. In case of severe renal failure, the intervals between doses should not be less than 8 hours.
