Description
Food supplement based on linseed oil, rich in alpha-linolenic acid, a polyunsaturated fatty acid from the Omega-3 series. Flax is indicated for supporting lipid metabolism and promoting the integrity and functionality of cell membranes.
Ingredients
Linseed oil (Linum usotatissimum L.) 100%.
Content of characterizing ingredients per daily dose: Linseed oil 7 g, alpha-linolenic acid intake 4 g.
Instructions for use
One spoonful a day (equal to approximately 7 g), preferably in the morning or in any case between meals.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements are not intended as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
