How to use: 1. Twist the butterfly cap and separate it from the ampoule. Tilt your head to the right and carefully insert the plastic cone of the ampoule into the left nostril. Press the ampoule until the required amount of solution flows out. Tilt your head to the left and repeat the same procedure in the right nostril. Lift the head and carefully dry the excess solution. Leave the solution for a few minutes before drying. Close the ampoule so that the tip of the butterfly cap enters the hole of the cone.
