Dosage and method of application
Children are recommended to take 1-2 tablets per day, preferably immediately after a meal.
Dosage for children from 3 to 8 years: 1 tbsp. daily.
1-2 tablets for children 9-12 years old. daily.
Older children and adults 2-3 years old. daily.
The tablets are allowed to dissolve freely in the mouth for greater effectiveness.
Excessive consumption can cause a laxative effect. Unless your doctor or pharmacist has recommended otherwise, do not take other medications containing selenium, iodine, and vitamin D at the same time.
