Method of application and dosage.
The drug is prescribed to adults internally.
To reduce the toxic effect of alcohol: 2 tablets 30-60 minutes before drinking alcohol or 1 tablet 30-60 minutes before drinking alcohol and 1 tablet within 30 minutes after drinking alcohol.
With mild and moderate acute alcohol intoxication, alcohol withdrawal syndrome: 1 tablet 2 times a day 15-30 minutes before eating, the dose can be increased to 3 tablets a day. The course of therapy is 3-7 days, depending on the patient’s condition.
For complex therapy of liver diseases and chronic alcoholism: 1 tablet 2 times a day 15-30 minutes before eating. The maximum daily dose is 3 tablets. The course of therapy is at least 90 days.
Children.
It should not be used in children due to the lack of experience in this age group.
Overdose.
Cases of methadoxin overdose have not been reported.
