For infants and children from 3 months to 12 years, the usual daily dose is 20-30 mg/kg, which is administered in 3-4 divided doses, with a dosing interval of 6-8 hours. This product is intended for short-term use only. Children should be given the lowest dose for the shortest time necessary to relieve symptoms. Do not take for more than 3 days without consulting a doctor (for infants from 3 to 6 months, no more than one day).
Children aged 3-6 months (5-6 kg) are given 1.25 ml of suspension 3 times a day, children from 7 to 12 months (7-9 kg) 1.25 ml 3-4 times a day. Children from 1 to 3 years (10-15 kg) use 2.5 ml 3 times a day, children from 4 to 6 years (16-19 kg) 3.75 ml 3 times a day, children aged 7-9 years (20-29 kg) use 5 ml of suspension 3 times a day and children from 10 to 12 years old (30-39 kg) 5 ml 3-4 times a day.
