Hepatos milk thistle dragees is a herbal medicine made from the fruits of milk thistle (Silybum marianum). Milk thistle prevents liver damage and helps to regenerate a damaged liver.
The medicine is used to support the treatment of chronic inflammatory liver diseases, liver cirrhosis and liver damage caused by liver toxins.
Application
Unless otherwise prescribed, adults take 1 coated tablet of Hepatos Milk Thistle Dragees (milk thistle fruit extract equivalent to 250-333 mg silymarin) 3-4 times a day after meals.
Please do not use this medicine after the expiry date stated on the pack or outer packaging. The expiry date refers to the last day of the specified month.
Hints
Drug therapy does not replace avoiding the causes that damage the liver (alcohol). If you have jaundice (light to dark yellow skin discoloration, yellowing of the whites of your eyes), you should see a doctor.
