GRIPEX MAX, 10

Indications
Gripex Max is indicated for the short-term treatment of severe symptoms of colds, flu and flu-like conditions such as fever, headaches, sore throat, muscle and bone pain, runny nose, dry cough.

Contraindications
When not to use Gripex Max :

if you are allergic to paracetamol, pseudoephedrine hydrochloride, dextromethorphan hydrobromide, or any of the other ingredients of this medicine;
if you are taking other medicines containing paracetamol;
if the patient takes MAO inhibitors (drugs used, including for depression), as well as within 2 weeks after stopping their use;
if you have a congenital deficiency of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase;
if you have severe kidney or liver failure;
if you have severe high blood pressure;
if you have ischemic heart disease;
in patients with alcoholism;
in patients with bronchial asthma;
during pregnancy and lactation;
in children under 12 years of age.
Side effects
Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everyone gets them.

Uncommon (1 to 10/1000 patients):

fatigue, dizziness;
nausea and vomiting.
Rare (1 to 10/10,000 patients):

hypersensitivity reactions: allergic edema, anaphylactic reaction;
skin allergic reactions, skin redness, rash.
Very rare (less than 1/10,000 patients):

violations of the production of blood cells: a decrease in the number of granulocytes in the blood, a lack of granulocytes in the blood, a decrease in the number of platelets;
an attack of bronchial asthma;
liver damage, most often caused by an overdose;
renal colic, papillary necrosis of the kidneys, acute renal failure, urolithiasis;
hallucinations.
