Contraindications
When should Gripex Hot Max not be used?

if you have previously had symptoms of an allergy to any component of the drug,
if you have the following conditions: unstable coronary artery disease, heart rhythm disturbances, high blood pressure, congenital deficiency of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase and methemoglobin reductase, severe kidney or liver failure, viral hepatitis, alcoholism, phenylketonuria, angle-closure glaucoma, hyperthyroidism,
when using MAO inhibitors and within 2 weeks after discontinuation of these drugs,
in combination with tricyclic antidepressants,
while taking zidovudine
in children under 12 years of age.
Side effects
Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.

Possible side effects:

From the skin and subcutaneous tissue: allergic reactions (itching, urticaria);
disorders of the immune system: hypersensitivity reactions up to symptoms of anaphylactic shock (manifested by impaired consciousness, pallor of the skin, drop in blood pressure, sweating, excretion of a small amount of urine, increased respiration, edema);
gastrointestinal disorders: nausea, vomiting, indigestion, epigastric burning, dry mouth;
disorders of the circulatory system: increased blood pressure, tachycardia (palpitations), arrhythmias, pallor of the skin;
respiratory system, thoracic and mediastinal disorders: respiratory disorders, asthma attack;
disorders of the kidneys and urinary tract: urinary disorders, renal colic, necrosis of the renal papillae;
nervous system disorders: anxiety, insomnia;
mental disorders: hallucinations, anxiety, nervousness;
On the part of the blood and lymphatic system: granulocytopenia (decrease in the number of one type of leukocytes in the blood), agranulocytosis (lack of one type of leukocytes in the blood), thrombocytopenia (decrease in the number of platelets).
