Usage:
Take approximately 15-20 cm of dental floss and wrap the ends around the middle finger of each hand. Using the thumb and forefinger of each hand, take a piece of floss about an inch to 5 cm apart and use your thumb to insert it between your top teeth.

Holding the floss firmly (2.5 to 5 cm) between your fingers, use your index finger to insert the floss between the contact surfaces of the two lower teeth.
