Femannose N is a medical product intended for the treatment and prevention of cystitis and other uncomplicated bacterial infections of the lower urinary tract.
D-Mannose may relieve the most common symptoms of lower urinary tract infection (burning when urinating, frequent urination, urge to urinate, etc.) caused by Escherichia coli bacteria.
D-mannose is a glucose epimer that effectively prevents the attachment of pathogens to the epithelium of the urinary tract, thereby inhibiting the attachment of microbes that penetrate the urogenital tract.
This reduces virulence, or the ability to attach to urinary tract tissue, and helps physically prevent infections from recurring.
Dosage and method of administration
Method of use:
For adults and children over 14 years old.
For the treatment of acute cystitis, the following dosage is recommended:
Day Number of sachets per day
1-3 days – 3
Days 4 and 5 – 2
The recommended dose for the prevention of cystitis is one sachet per day.
Reception should be distributed throughout the day.
It is recommended to take the product between meals.
Contraindications
Keep out of the reach of children.
Do not take Femannose® N for more than 30 days.

Each sachet is intended for single use and must be opened immediately before use.
