Always use this medicine exactly as described in the package leaflet or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist.
Oral use. Swallow the capsule with a glass of water.
acute infectious diarrhoea: 1 to 2 capsules daily for up to 1 Week;
post-antibiotic diarrhoea: 1 to 2 capsules daily, during and after antibiotic therapy;
diarrhea caused by C. difficile infection: 4 capsules per day for up to 4 weeks;
diarrhea associated with enteric nutrition: 1 to 2 capsules per day;
traveler’s diarrhea: 1 to 4 capsules per day for up to 1 Week.
In children under 6 years of age, the use of capsules is not recommended due to the possibility of suffocation; it is recommended to open the capsules and add their contents to a drink or food.
