Dexofen is a pain reliever from the group of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). It is used to treat mild to moderate pain such as muscle pain, painful periods (dysmenorrhea), and toothache.
Dosage and method of administration
Recommended dose:
Adults: 1 sachet (25 mg) every 8 hours, but not more than 3 sachets per day (75 mg).
Contraindications

you are allergic (hypersensitivity) to the active substance and/or any of the excipients.
if you have kidney, liver or heart disease.
