It serves as a reusable cooling or warming compress. Suitable for nausea, fainting, burns, pain in soft tissues and muscles, bruises and minor injuries.

It will help soothe post-operative wounds and reduce swelling. Reusable hot or cold gel sachet remains soft and pliable even after freezing. Easy to clean with soap and water.

Use:
Cooling compress: Place the bag in the freezer for about 2 hours.
Warm compress: Place the bag in boiling water for 5 minutes or in a 650 W microwave for 1 minute.
Before applying to the skin, we recommend wrapping the package in the supplied cloth to prevent burns or frostbite to the skin.
The bag can be alternately cooled and heated many times.
The shelf life is usually 5 years if handled properly.
